Joe T. Saliba is the Managing Partner at Saliba & Associates with over 22 years of experience in the area of corporate law, he possesses extensive knowledge of legal procedures, rules and practices in various jurisdictions. Joe oversees the operations of the Firm and provides strategic directions, he also supervises the representation of clients in all legal matters and is always strongly positioned to provide a high standard of strategic, practical, timely and proactive advice to decision-makers.
Joe has coordinated the preparation, analysis and management of a range of cross-border transactions related to banking and real estate. This has included a risk participation transaction of USD500M, a financial restructuring in excess of USD450M, a complex acquisition of EUR200M and more recently a bonds issuance in Kuwaiti Dinars amounting to KWD60M.
Joe has a JD in Lebanese Law and an LLB in Anglo-American Law from Saint Paul University of La Sagesse, as well as a postgraduate Diploma and a Master of Law (LLM) in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary College, University of London in the UK.
